Is basic engraving included?

Most products include basic engraving. Enhanced or full-surface engraving may require an additional charge, depending on the piece and the artwork.

Will I approve a proof before production?

Yes. A proof must be approved before production begins, so names, dates, logos, and design details have a clear final check.

Can I order just one piece?

Yes. Single-piece orders are welcome, and there is no minimum order quantity.

Do you offer pickup and shipping?

Pickup is available in Central Louisiana. Domestic shipping within the United States is also available; international shipping is not currently offered.

How long does a typical order take?

Most orders are completed within 3–14 business days, depending on the product, customization, order size, seasonal demand, and material availability. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Can you quote a custom size, material, or quantity?
